Certificate of insurance guidelines
In order to protect the LTAHB on behalf of all its members, participants in this event are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Association, subject to the following:

General Liability coverage with a minimum limit of $500,000.
The Association must be included as an Additional Insured.
The Association is to be shown as Certificate Holder.
Certificate must cover dates of show.

May not set up with out Certificate of Insurance on file

PLEASE PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION TO YOUR INSURANCE AGENT SO THEY CAN PREPARE A PROPER CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. IT IS EACH EXHIBITOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST THIS FROM THEIR INSURANCE AGENT.
